Your reservation details and signed rental agreement contain the specific terms, prices, pickup instructions, vehicle rules, and responsibilities that apply to your rental. If it conflicts with the signed rental agreement, the signed rental agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

Eligibility and Required Documents

The minimum renter age is 21. Additional age restrictions, vehicle-specific restrictions, or fees may apply and will be shown in the reservation details or rental agreement.

You must present a valid, unexpired driver’s license, complete any required identity and insurance verification, provide an accepted payment method in your own name, and sign the rental agreement before the vehicle is released.

Yes, provided the license is valid, unexpired, and accepted through our verification process. Additional documentation may be requested when necessary.

Only drivers who are approved and listed on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle. Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle is a violation of the rental agreement and may affect insurance coverage.

Insurance and Financial Responsibility

Yes. Every renter must have acceptable insurance coverage for the full rental period. You may use your personal auto insurance if it applies to rental vehicles and includes the required liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. You may also obtain separate rental vehicle insurance for the reservation.

No. Verification only confirms the information available at the time of review. The renter remains responsible for confirming coverage, limits, exclusions, deductibles, and eligibility directly with the insurance provider.

You must obtain acceptable rental vehicle coverage before pickup. The reservation will be canceled if valid coverage cannot be verified and applicable cancellation fees will apply.

Yes. The renter is responsible for deductibles and any damage, loss, fees, or other charges that are excluded, denied, limited, or not paid by an insurer, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law.

Credit-card benefits vary and may be secondary, limited, or exclude certain vehicles and rentals. Credit-card coverage is accepted only if it can be verified and meets all stated requirements. Contact your card issuer before booking.

Reservations, Pricing and Payment

Select an available vehicle and rental period, provide the requested renter information, complete verification, and submit payment as directed. A reservation is not final until it is confirmed.

Your reservation is confirmed after the required information, verification, payment, and any security deposit requirements have been completed and you receive confirmation.

No. Applicable taxes are calculated and charged separately. The checkout page or reservation summary will show the rental charges, taxes, deposit, and other applicable amounts before payment.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout. The payment method generally must be in the primary renter’s name.

Possible charges include, but are not limited to, taxes, excess mileage, late return, refueling or recharging, tolls, tickets, cleaning, smoking, pet-related cleaning, lost keys, towing, impoundment, damage, administrative processing, and other amounts authorized by the rental agreement.

Security Deposit

Yes. All reservations require a security deposit. The amount depends on the vehicle and will be shown in the reservation details or rental agreement.

No. The security deposit is separate from the rental charges and is held to cover potential obligations under the rental agreement.

Cancellations, Changes and Extensions

Details on the cancellation policy is located at Cancellation Policy

Changes are subject to vehicle availability, pricing, insurance verification, payment, and written approval. A requested change is not effective until you receive confirmation.

Submit an extension request before the scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to availability and are not approved until the additional rental charges, deposit requirements, and insurance coverage are confirmed in writing.

The reservation may be treated as a no-show and may be canceled according to the reservation terms and cancellation policy. Contact us promptly if you expect to be late

Pickup and Return

The exact pickup and return address, date, time, access instructions, and contact information are provided in your reservation details. Follow those instructions carefully.

Bring your physical driver’s license, the accepted payment method used for the reservation, and any requested insurance or identification documents.

No. The primary renter is required to be present, complete verification, inspect the vehicle, and sign the rental agreement.

After-hours returns are allowed only when included in the reservation instructions or approved in writing. The renter remains responsible for the vehicle until the return is completed according to the stated procedure.

Unauthorized return locations may result in recovery, towing, transportation, late, or administrative charges. Contact us before changing the return location.

Mileage, Travel and Permitted Use

The included mileage and excess-mileage rate are listed in your reservation details. Additional mileage charges may apply when the allowance is exceeded.

Pickup instructions will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

No.

No. Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, tobacco use, and any other smoke-producing products are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violations may result in a smoking fee of $150 fine. An additional cleaning fee of up to $150 may also apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, subject to the rental agreement or applicable platform policies.

Fuel and Electric-Vehicle Charging

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level shown at pickup unless the reservation states otherwise. Refueling costs and a service charge will apply if the level is lower.

Use only the fuel type and grade specified for the vehicle. Using incorrect fuel may cause damage for which the renter may be responsible.

Return the vehicle with at least the charge level stated in the reservation details or rental agreement. Recharge, idle, towing, or low-battery recovery charges may apply.

Tolls, Tickets, Towing and Impoundment

The renter is responsible for all tolls, parking charges, citations, and related fees incurred during the rental period, including amounts received after the rental ends.

Contact us immediately. The renter is responsible for towing, storage, release, transportation, loss-of-use, and other costs resulting from the renter’s actions or prohibited use, as provided in the rental agreement.

Accidents, Damage, Breakdown, and Roadside Events

Notify us immediately. Then, Exchange information with the other party, photograph the vehicles and scene. Do not admit fault or agree to private payment arrangements.

The renter is responsible for flat tire, punctures, wheel damage, lost or damaged keys, lockouts, incorrect fuel, battery depletion caused by misuse, towing, or other renter-related events.

Personal Property and Privacy

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Contact us promptly if you believe something was left behind. Storage, shipping, or disposal rules may apply.
